Loading a non-existent config issue

I noticed a minor annoyance when I accidentally clicked Load instead of Save in configurations settings.

On the Configurations settings page, if the Name box does not contain the name of an existing config, and the user clicks Load, the current config gets reset to the default. I think WinUAE should just show the dialog box error in that case.

Load a customised config (with preferably lots of changes from the default), or just adjust various settings.
Click Configurations in the tree view on left side of settings window.
Click in the Name string box, change it to a not-already-existing name.
Click Load (instead of Save which is what you actually wanted to do).
WinUAE shows a dialog box "Could not load the selected configuration!"
Notice that the previously-loaded configuration has been lost, all settings have reverted to the default.

Cases where that could be annoying:
- User has made several changes and wants to save them as a new config. They accidentally clicked Load instead of Save and all their changes are lost.
- If user did accidentally click Load instead of Save, they might then click Save thinking that would save their newly-adjusted config. But it actually saves the reset/default config.
