Why not just emulate the CD32?
There's nigh on zero difference in emulation speed between that and an A1200 if you use same setting for both regardless of what hardware youre running the emulation on.
Emulating an a1200 to play cd32 software and then involving workarounds/tweaks/software solutions to emulate most of CD32 seems an exercise in redundancy if you just want to use CD32 software.
Also WinUAE *IS* multithreaded.
Not for cpu, that pretty much wont work for any cpu emulation in any system, but it is multithreaded.
Its using 6 cores on one of my configs.
