As I already said: They only work with Commodore Bridgeboards. (Selected ISA card is "inserted" in bridgeboard ISA slot). They are not directly readable by the Amiga side.

Amiga side can only see 16k shared RAM + some bridgeboard specific IO ports. All the PC side memory and IO is only visible to x86 CPU.
