Why cheat ?
It isn't that difficult as it looks at the first sight, really !
Just concentrate on the very right side of the screen - don't look at your rider & horse !
Now, you have 3 options whenever something appears:
jump, duck or punch
jump over every stone, punch every ghost and duck to pick up those energy and life bonus.
After some practice you can beta the first level. The following one are not that difficult.
Also remember you can save the game between every level when the scrolltext is running ! Just press CTRL-S and insert a formatted disk
Btw, I finished the game without cheating
