If it was luck I would have not been able to reproduce it everytime I think the way the sound engine sticks the SFX samples in between the music is what made the "globduling" audiorythmic. I will try to MP3 it!
I didn't mean luck on your part, but luck in the programming. I think a lot of the music is at the same tempo, so the combination of distance between walls, scroll speed, and delay between jumps coincidentally matches with the tempo of the music each time.
