@Allen1 Thanks bud. I've ordered one. Best bet with this by the looks of things including what Daedalus says.
I'll probably epoxy the 5v-->3.3v converter to the rear or side edge of the ethernet module, then do the wiring. That should be quite neat then. I'll get some photos up soon of the completed project.
