there is no cpu in the market which can run DOS games at pentium 233 speed under emulation

I was testing PCEM just for DOS games
for windows games there are better options like VIrtual PC, VMware etc
also for sega rally 2 you can play it direct on win 7 or win 10 using Nglide or DGVoodoo
