Thanks. After I read your comment, I re-watched EEVBlog's "How not to blow up your oscilloscope" and feel a little more confident.
I'll give it a go... although now I'll attempt it after I've completed the Gotek mods - I now have the OLED and rotary encoder
At least want to see them working before I break anything else!
