Hi Thanx again for all your help dlfrsilver and DamienD!
After testing both the modded version and the original i found out that the modded version indeed works and you re able to build forts. Unfortunately the original file still has the error in it? So my conclusion is that the original amiga version of the game shipped with the error? would be interesting to know if the same hexpatch works on original aswell? but i dont know how to do it maybe someone could test?
