Graphical achievment works in different ways.
For example a 16 colour game compared to a 32 colour game, developers sometimes sacrifised graphics for speed and gameplay!
saying x looks better than y simply because y only uses 16 cols and doesn't looks so good (Xenon2, Gods both 16 cols) is like comparing AGA to ECS (main diff is num of colours!)

The amount of effort that would have gone into making it look the way it does must deserve credit, all the acting/rotscoping etc, the game plays smoothly and fluidly, the backdrops of the various locations are simply gorgeous etc...
Flink on CD32 looked good also!
