I have both of these,

https://www.amazon.com/Scart-Convert.../dp/B01DLZ8K0C (seems to be same manufacturer, and they perform very similarly), and I agree that the input lag is quite bad. Playing games is out of the question, and even moving the mouse around in Workbench is bordering on unusable.
Programming and watching demos is fine though, and the image quality is good.
