try to drag & drop the adf file from windows side in the emulator window,
it should mount in df0:
since the emulator may write to the adf file, I pack the file in a zip archive,
and drag&drop it from within winrar, with opened zip archive.
you may try the zip file too, should work aswell (1 adf in zip only)
