Yeah wow, the game runs way too fast
Possibly down to settings? What are you using exactly; have you tried numerous variations? I would try things myself but am still on holiday and without my laptop (schoolboy error)...
...and getting stuck on level 9; gotta be a corrupt file or bug (hopefully the former)
