Slow PicassoIV on WinUAE 64 Bits

The WinUAE 64 bits PicassoIV is slower than the 32 bits one, when I emulate AmigaOS 4 with a PicassoIV card at 1024x768 on a 1080p HD-TV. On 32 bits I get full 60fps while on 64 bits I get roughly 53 fps with Workbench file management operations. If I change the fullscreen resolution to 1366x768 on the 64 bits version, the speed gets back to a common factor. I am only thinking that it's strange the difference of speed between the two, so I started posting this.

My specs are an old Intel Core i3 notebook with Intel HD Graphics 4400 chipset, and with Windows 10 Creator's Update installed.

Besides that, I can see that sometimes the bilinear filtering option for RTG graphics don't blur the video image. For seeing this I need to set the fullscreen resolution as Native and disable the bilinear filtering option for Native graphics, and enabling it for RTG graphics. "Scaled" TV resolutions seems to work fine, for some reason.
