In the meantime I posted rev B.4 where I managed to remove 2 vias on the gary adapter by simpler routing, renamed C11 to R6 and put names "PeteAU, Mathesar, Mq666." on the back as credit.

I don't think so. It may not look nice but as long as there is a properly routed decoupling cap there it will be fine.
I downloaded Eagle but I still find it difficult to use (type RIPUP @; to disable the copper pours?
). Improving the decoupling isn't much work I think. I can try but I think you can do it better!
I also think you deserve the most credit.
You know how it goes; starting a project like this is the most work. The rest of us just build upon your work.
