It's "Polygon Nightmare" an oculus rift tribute to "Dactyl Nightmare" on the Virtuality Arcade platform.
Basically they have re-created the game for the Oculus Rift.
It is very interesting watching the footage as the authors of Goldeneye for the N64 were either the same people or they played this game for inspiration.
