What you linked to has absolutely nothing to do with copyright infringements due to redistribution of software without permission of the copyright holder. Contact Apple yourself. They are clearly the copyright holder and have explicitly stated that they have not released their copyrighted material for free redistribution. Any material on the Archive.org site that is copyrighted, and there without permission of the copyright holder, is there illegaly. There are absolutely no exceptions. Copyrights in the U.S. last the life of the author plus 75 years. It's really annoying when people think that because some piece of software is old, it is somehow free.
