I've been tinkering with floppy drives for a long time and even the El Piloto's universal mod is not working with a lot of drives then there's the weird things like the mitsubishi drive i've modified that looks like it won't work with the anticlick app.
I think it all depend on the design, we've got one that's very simple and looks like most of us already modified at least one, the samsung SFD-321B, the downside of this drive seems to be the poor construction or poor materials, i don't know
I guess this is not an exact science.
