Win+L locks session

Using WinUAE in Windows 10, I have the left Windows key functioning as left Amiga key (which is the default). Pressing lAmiga-L (i.e. Win-L) in emulation results in the Windows session being locked.

Is there any way to, while input is captured, prevent Windows from seeing Win+whatever key presses, if the Windows key is mapped to an Amiga key? Or is it like Ctrl+Alt+Del where it's difficult or impossible to prevent Windows handling it?

[There are several ways the user can disable the Win+L lock behaviour, but that's a global setting.]

Edit: This MSDN page might help: Disabling Shortcut Keys in Games
