Not much information in your post.

I suppose that DP4 means "Deluxe Paint IV"?
And as this is an Amiga forum, I also suppose that this disk is from an Amiga?

At your local computer tech store, did they have an Amiga to read the disk? PCs cannot read Amiga disks. You need an Amiga to read it.
