There is AMR, but you probably already know that one. There is or was a few torrents about with complete PDF collections of Amiga Format, Amiga Shopper, Amiga Computing and CU Amiga. I don't know if these are still active or not, if not I and probably many more people have these.
There is probably most of them somewhere on the EAB ftp server, but you would have to take time out to look for them.
