Regarding private data of libraries, I can imagine that graphics and intuition access each other's data quite a lot. I'm not sure the separation into graphics and intuition makes much sense at all. All programs that need intuition stuff will also at least indirectly open graphics. The few cases where exec, dos, graphics and intuition aren't all open at the same time made a difference when 256kb of RAM were a lot. This being said I wonder whether a more monolithic view of the two libraries could be adopted for this project.
