Hehe, yup, this collecting madness thread does make some sense after all! (^_-)
Not only the multiple buttons angle actually, for you may find -- if ever you have the oppotunity to experiment with several digital joysticks -- that different joysticks will give you different levels of skills while playing, since each joystick has its own degree of suitability to playing each game, depending on its characteristics (stiffness/looseness, leaf/micro-switches, travel amount of the stick, shape and way of handling, etc.).
...Well, at least that's the rationale behing my collecting (more than 20 different joysticks from the era now).
