I have checked the control panel display applet. Scaling is uniform across all three displays at 100% (they are all 27", set at 1920x1080.) I have attached screenshot.
According to MS article ( 100% is 96 DPI?
I also checked this article ( for further 'confirmation' of that scale/dpi setting.
Does that help at all? Is there a useful util that can generate some more detailed diagnostic that may be of more use?
