You can ignore filesystem types, they don't mean anything when creating full (RDB) hardfile. "Too many cyls" warns that current geometry is not compatible with all OS versions. It also only affects partiton (non-RDB) hardfiles.

Type size of HDF, tick dynamic hdf if needed, create file. Click "RDB mode" (Last step is the most important).
