Ok, I've compared 46.4.409 and 414 with OpenWin.rexx on WB and on DOpus5, but I couldn't notice any remarkable speed differences. Maybe some other changes in your system are responsible for your feeling.
PS.: Could it be a new bitch on the wallpaper that makes you a little tired?
