Have all ADFs/DMSs on an HDD!

For decades now, I've been aware of something called WHDLoad which is apparently a tool for taking all the files off of a floppy disk/ADF/DMS and making them useable in a hard drive Workbench environment.

Lately, when using WinUAE, I've found it really inconvenient to have to boot from floppies all the time, and not all demos and games are in that format anyway, so is it much more practical to have all the files there in an HDD WB setup? I imagine it would be brilliant!

So how can I go about using WHDLoad? Is it easy to do? I have Amiga Forever from Cloanto and I was told the utility comes with it.
