Because I don't really like WB 3.1. I'd much prefer Scalos which ClassicWB is based on in the 020+ versions. Of course one could also install that manually, but ClassicWB has much of the stuff I want, so makes sense to start from there. It would definitely take me a lot longer than half an hour to achieve a reasonable configured WB.
