Picasso II (and other GD-CL54xx based cards) scrolling fixed. VRAM reads (that are usually very rare) were not working correctly in some situations.

HD boot using KS 1.0/1.1 is supported but it seems to have been broken for a long time, probably since 3.6.

KS 1.2 HDF (must be OFS formatted!) and directory filesystem automount is working.
