It just had single character ones, S: C: T: G: L: (which contained all libraries).

Your RTG card will have its own blitter and if the P96 driver is reasonably competent it will use that.

Not really, the EC020 just doesn't have the upper 8 adress bits.

And conversely you wouldn't be able to run a A4000 with a EC020 chip as the machines memory map requires full 32bit adresses.
