Edit: thanks for the subtle hint ;) I tried hardware accel. DX11 and the issue seems gone now... gonna do some stress tests with filters and masks ASAP! :)

Don't get me wrong, I like the Falcon, it'is a nice piece of hw (and what the A1200 should have been spec-wise too), but Metal Slug on the NeoGeo seems pretty massive...

Not sure I get what you mean here, sorry... I just had a look at the AGA compilation and The Chaos Engine is already AGA version (CD32 really) with animated intro, audio tracks and all? :confused
