Of course, with the same rom size,and without a big downgrade you're right.

No, the CPU is a true 32 bits, the address bus only determines how many quantity of RAM you can address, what matters are the ALU and the data bus, which are 32 bits.

I think shinobi on Md wouldn't have been as good if it was developped by sega in 90's due to the constraints of that time,better than the amiga version for sure, but far from the homebrew version too...

I did some GFX convertions, all the sprites and some bckgnds are converted to the PCE's 9bits palette .

Here i use 2 palettes for the 2 backgrounds layer...
