The code names for cards are used just to protect against scalpers in initial phase of development. It's not that anyone wants to limit availability of hardware to the users.

Since all the Sonnet related software really needs Sonnet, there is little point in testing not having it ;).

The question is not about 3D. ReWarp is a reimplementation of WarpOS (not Warp3D) for AmigaOS4. So it allows execution of AmigaOS 3.x WarpOS programs in OS4.

Warp3D is a separate issue.
