Nope. 3.2 was used in the Walker prototype and never did get the bugs worked out. 3.9 had a Kickstart image but it just used RAM instead of making a new ROM.

I would imagine you would need to call WaitBlit()...

I would imagine you would need to call WaitBlit() because the allocation scheme would have no knowledge of custom chip usage and could end up with a race condition between the blitter and CPU.
