My memory is getting a little fuzzy, but I remember using TermiteTCP on my A600 (1MB RAM, 80MB HD). Most of the time was spent in AmIRC, AmiFTP for Aminet, AWeb for text only browsing.

It uses a RECOM RPM5.0-6.0 which is about 90%...

Yeah, I don't know how much testing has been done, and I would prefer to be on the safe side myself so I would probably go for a 12V/5A (60W) supply.
