It seems it's a copy protected demo rather than just a standard ADF disk image so you can't write it back to a floppy without specialist hardware... Looks like I'm on the lookout for an original AF...

Why would you not use head cleaning tools to clean heads of any kind, they're certainly suitable for VCR, audio cassette, 5 1/4" and 3 1/2" drive heads.

I've seen a few people destroy their 5 1/4"...
