$78.w is indeed the level 6 interrupt vector. This is only valid for 68000 though as there is no VBR. For all other 68k CPU's the interrupt vectors are relative to the VBR which can be anywhere so...

No, it's neither an ADF nor a HDF file. :) I just created a small file (6000 bytes) which contained nothing but zeroes (i.e. it has no content -> empty) and used that. :)
