The megadrive has been like with Mortal Kombat, used source code wise.

ahhh, so they have disassembled the coin-op program, got the tiles metadatas and assembled the graphics! :D

Hence the game so faithfull to the coin-op ! :D

How ? the answer is easy : all the graphics were made on Degas Elite, they are in PC1 format. Hence the yellowish aspect, the palettes are coded on 512 colors instead of 4096.
