OK, working for me now. Both windowed and full-window mode are similar, there's no tearing (i.e. forced vsync). I think my graphics card is FreeSync capable, but my monitor isn't if that's relevant....

Perhaps the audio glitch is due to WinUAE's interpolation? Try changing interpolation type in sound settings to Disabled and see whether it's still present.

As far as I know the Retina memory doesn't appear in the 8MB Zorro II fast RAM space so there shouldn't be a conflict there.

Have you tried doing CPU NOCACHE before running the Retina software?
