Better simply switch it off (it surely is bsdsocket.library) because sooner or later you forgot about it and/or some program stalls temporary due to firewall etc and I will get useless "bug report"..

Unfortunately it isn't that simple. Currently OSD font is plain bitmap font = scaling will make it blocky (integer) or blocky and really ugly (non-integer). It needs better font (in the future)....

Any CPU since almost 10 years or so are fast enough (Intel only, AMD only since Ryzen). CPU should have big L2 cache and fast RAM. Emulators really want as much as possible memory bandwidth.

Works as designed. It would be totally useless in fullscreen. Fullscreen can't have multiple windows open simultaneously.
