PT 2.3a display bug is related to fetch mode settings on AGA which aren't handled properly. You can use a tool such as TUDE to set FMODE to standard OCS values before running PT.

I will finish the updated patch for RoboCop 3 one day but it's a lot of work and hence needs time, especially as there are quite a lot of different versions which need to be supported.
