Do deinterlace you need to render into a buffer. Needs ram and it’s a PITA imho. Off the shelf scart to HDMI converters do a better job and they’re 20 quid each. So not worth it in my opinion.

vbcc IDE

I dislike all IDEs but for a lightweight C/C++ one I use Codelite. It plugs into makefiles or cmake so no setup is needed per platform.

I wouldnt recommend going over ~30Mhz without the FPU on a TF530. There is ringing on the clock line.

This is sorted on the TF534. Although i may have one more tweek at the 534 before i release it.

Looking at that the CPU is stuck trying to access the first address. Now find DSACK1 and check it goes low. My bet is it’s shorted to something. You need the circuit diagram.

PS. Its not a 534. Its a 4mb 530.

Stop thinking/assuming everything is broken or you’ll get nowhere. You may just have a data bus short. Check DSACK and AS at the 68000. Erase the ram cpld until you get it booting without it.
