My A1200 does this kind of glitches too. Cursor sprite kind of jumps a little bit. Changing resolution didn't help. What kind of helped once was cleaning of power supply. But it began again.

I observed something similar with drive rotation...

I observed something similar with drive rotation and sound when shielding cable from power supply did not have a proper contact. It even changed if I placed a hand over CD32 case.

The screws are from repair of some previous user....

The screws are from repair of some previous user. They hold thick rubber wheel under the case. I think that it was glued before and wore off.

This has to be solved, because Atari comes without datasette or floppy. Seller includes only some RS232->ATARI cable. I have a plan to cannibalise SIO cable and connector for Lotharek's SIO2SD...
