Quite a while; most of my stuff requires OS3.0+. But I don't claim they will work on "any Amiga", and if the machine doesn't meet the requirements they exit cleanly with a suitable error message....

The only reason development had to start from 3.1 again is because the 3.9 sources were not available. And much of the work has involved redoing what H&P already did for the 3.5 and 3.9 versions.

Unfortunately I can't say too much for contractual reasons. But I can tell you that OS4 is not abandoned. It is a separate project from OS3.2 and not affected by it.
