For example use 2016 as base and then copy over the updates...

When you reach a specific amount of ships (about 60 as fas as I remember) it just crashes back to command prompt :(

I think you're referring to the a model not b model. The b models come pre-installed with 4.2 so if you had pre-4.0 you cant have had the b model?
