I thought you meant borderless windowed (full-window) which seems to work correctly (same as real fullscreen). Normal windowed is almost guaranteed incompatible.

It is mostly safe. CDTV SCSI is almost same as A590/A2091 with 6.6 ROMs which means main restriction is 1G drive size limit which fortunately can be bypassed with direct scsi filesystems.

Works for me. Perhaps you have wrong hardware config ("DF0: ID Hardware" advanced chipset option not enabled). You can't simply replace DF0: with HD drive in A500 or A600 and expect it to work.
