I think its a but unfair to compare bloom and motion blur to parallax, the latter was huge part of 2D gaming and as i said the sense of depth and speed in those games is alot more than those in a 3D...

I wanted one back in 1993, of course it was way to expensive double the price of the CD32 + import fees, by the time it hit the UK in 1994 i wanted a PSX, thats how quick the market moved back then....

Yeah looking through 1990 and theres loads in comparison to 1989, already upto around 30 with lots of SSI and Sierra games making the list as well as you say The Immortal and some Accolade games.
