A 72 Pin 32Mb FPM 60ns should be fine & don't worry about it being Double Sided either.

Never seen a single sided 32Mb...

Termination Packs need to be @ both ends of the SCSI bus or you need to Terminate the end of the SCSI Bus with a Device...
