hmm why didnt I research a bit more before buying 2 amiga 500s.. both ended up being rev 5 hahaha.. never thought it would be THAT big difference. Could have just bought 1 500 plus for the money...

Yeah I just removed all caps yesterday and will replace them soon. These buggers are a pain to recap as the space is tight around the KB connector and the RF modulator.. had to remove the rca jacks...

Yeah I thought it would probably become more expensive to get the original parts than buying a complete unit so even thou building a custom unit could end up just as expensive, atleast it would feel...

I tried Amiga Explorer but i can't run the Setup... (on the amiga side) the cable works...cuz i get the files to my amiga but...well ...here is the whole process:

i did switch to the 36th channel... i tried avery...

i did switch to the 36th channel... i tried avery channel from 0 to 99 (!!) but now, all of a sudden, channel 7 Works! But only if the amiga lies perfectly still... if i move it, the picture flips......

I read in my Amiga1200 manual that if I want to use the TV instead of the Computer screen then i can use 2 methods.

1: The "Comp" connection.

I think it would help alot of people out (including myself) if we could post the DEFAULT (or optimized for best performance) configs for the different systems here, the Winuae is quite hard to config...
