Floppy disk 3.1.4 Screen off centre

I have installed 3.1.4 Roms and Workbench on my A1200 (8MB Fast Ram only upgrade)
Under the old 3.1 everything centred quite nicely and when i launched doomattack again this was centred perfectly...

A1200 Hard disk partition ok but no icon

Hi,
I have three partitions on my hard disk WB 3.x
They are all showing in c:info
one of the partitions though does not have an icon the others are fine
I can read the missing partition fine in...

1. there was a typo - preloadr instead of preload
2. i reset to red and blue (I just used the games scr turbo and scrtnt turbo)
this still didn't work...
